Common questions
What counts as an endpoint?
Any managed device — physical or virtual. Windows endpoints and Mobile endpoints are counted separately for pricing and discount purposes.
Can I mix individual modules and the Bundle?
The Windows Bundle includes all five Windows modules at the price of three. You cannot add individual Windows modules on top of a Bundle — the Bundle already covers everything.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The minimum annual contract value is 1,500 EUR regardless of the number of endpoints or modules selected.
How are volume discounts applied?
Discounts are tier-based and applied to the total unit price after reaching the threshold. Discounts are calculated independently for Windows and Mobile — they don't combine.
What currency do you invoice in?
CapaOne is priced in EUR. Invoicing may be arranged in DKK or USD — contact us for details.
